CHOCOLATE MUFFINS WITH PUDDING CREAM

 

INGREDIENTS:

Dough:

  • 1 package of “Chocolate muffins with cream filled with Celiko pudding cream” dough concentrate (280 g),
  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 ml of oil,
  • 40 ml of water.

Pudding cream:

  • 30 g of concentrated “Chocolate muffins with cream filled with Celiko pudding cream” cream,
  • 100 ml of water.

 

PREPARATION:

Muffins:
Pour content of the bag into a dish, add the eggs, water, and mix it all together. At the end, add the oil. Mix with a mixer for approx. 3 minutes.
Then spread 3/4 of the dough evenly with a spoon to 12 molds. Spread the cream and cover with the rest of the batter. Put the dough in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 15 minutes. Take the muffins out and let them cool.

Cream:
Pour the cream concentrate into the dish and add water. Mix with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until thick. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
