Celiko -> Granulation - Agglomeration

Since 1991 CELIKO company has been specialising in production of dissoluble and instant goods.

Functioning of the company is based on distribution of our own products and on offering the services of processing provided products (in boxes, bags and unit packages).

We possess 4 independent assembly lines for granulation and agglomeration:
1. for dissoluble coffee agglomeration of 3.200 ton of output a year;
2. for agglomeration of milk, farina (potato, pudding flour etc.), garnishing of 2.900 ton of output a year;
3. for cocoa agglomeration with a method of active source (steam and pressure) of 2.200 ton of output a year;
4. for granulation of tea drinks and others of 6.300 ton of output a year.
Furthermore we have recently initiated new line for lyophilisation - freeze-drying.

For 10 years CELIKO company has been offering services of processing (granulation, agglomeration and mixing) at the customer's order from material delivered partialy or as a whole. We are managing ordered coffee processes for 6 years. For clients who do not possess own stock we provide addresses of companies selling raw material or we offer our own stock: coffee substitute or natural coffee from Ecuador (different offers are also available).

Our customers come from: Poland, England, Israel, Germany, Czech Republic, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine.

Foreign customers providing their own stock are offered proceedings of suspended customs duty.

Not only do we execute services based on material provided partialy or as a whole but as well we offer stock for production. We also distribute goods of our standard production in collecting packages.

At the moment our offer includes proposal of processing:

-	Granulation (appropriate expression: agglomeration) of:
	o	Natural coffee
	o	Compositions and coffee drinks (ingredients: natural coffee, coffee substitute and other garnishing);
	o	coffee substitute (with or without chicory);
	o	Farina with simultaneous lowering of mash temperature and reducing weight by volume ( used for instant jelly of type: "pour boiling water and is ready", for instant soups and as an additional element functioning as a filling material);
	o	Compositions of garnishing for food;
-	Mechanic granulation of drinks
	o	Tea drinks and dissoluble herb drinks on the base of sugar and maltodextrin or without sugar, on the base of aspartam
