At the beginning of the year 2003 CELIKO company initiated assembly line for desiccation of food with a method od lyophilisation (freeze-drying in void).

Lyophilisation line is one of the most up-to-date devices of this kind in Europe and the only one in Eastern Europe. Use of unintermitting method and high technical parameters render possible full standarization of production and thus avoids many threats dangerous for processed material.

Nowadays devices are adapted to processing of: coffee, tea, fruits and vegetables in the shape of juices, pastes and small pieces.

Nutritive products dried with this method maintain its primary organoleptic qualities (taste, aroma) and full nutritious and biological value (because these products are dried from frozen state in low temperatures and its vitamins do not degrade and biological ingredients are active). Thanks to porous structure and low amount of water they are microbiologically safe and maintain practically full rehydratation.
