40th anniversary of the gluten-free movement

On 22 October 2022 in Bydgoszcz, we had the pleasure of participating in the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the gluten-free movement in this city.

Since the beginning, we have supported various initiatives related to help and support for people with celiac disease, including the activities of the Association of Friends of People with Celiac Disease “Crossed Grain” from Bydgoszcz.

During the anniversary meeting we received a commemorative statuette – honoring the merits of the founder of Celiko, Mr. Zenon Kosicki, for the gluten-free movement and gluten-free production in Poland, especially in the most difficult initial period.
