Ciasto czekoladowe z kremem Celiko.

INGREDIENTS

 

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:

  • 1 opakowanie koncentratu ciasta 280 g
    (Muffiny czekoladowe Celiko)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 40 ml wody

KREM BUDYNIOWY

  • 30 g koncentratu kremu budyniowego
  • 100 ml wody
  • 50 g masła
  • 1 łyżeczka kakao (Cacao Natura Celiko)

DODATKI

  • Maliny świeże lub Maliny liofilizowane FRUPP Celiko

STEP 1

Pour 100 ml of warm water over the linseed, stir and set aside until a gruel forms.

STEP 2

Sift the dough concentrate into a bowl, pour in the oil and the glue from the linseed. Blend the whole mixture. While continuing to blend, slowly pour in the water, depending on how much water the linseed absorbs – the amount of water can be different each time. The dough should have the consistency of thick cream.

STEP 3

Set the dough aside to rise in a warm place. After this time, pour the dough on a baking tray. You can arrange your favorite fruits on it, e.g. plums, strawberries.

STEP 4

To prepare the crumble mix all the listed ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle the prepared crumble over the cake with fruit.

STEP 5

Bake the cake prepared in this way for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.
