Celiko is a socially responsible company. All of our activities are based not only on current
international regulations, but also adapted to the specific environment and society in which we
operate. We carry them out within the framework of several key areas.

ENVIROMENT
We regularly modernize all of our production facilities and business units – we incur significant expenditures both to modernize them and to improve the quality, food safety and environmental protection:
- among other things, an air dehumidification line has been installed at production facilities,
and a preliminary sewage pre-treatment plant has been built, - the company conducts ongoing monitoring and optimization of the consumption of electricity and heat, fuels and natural resources – reduction in energy consumption and exhaust emissions is possible, among other things, thanks to systematic modernization of equipment and heating infrastructure,
- we systematically reduce the emission of pollutants into the environment (sewage) and prevent pollutants (oils, lubricants, fuel, chemicals) from entering the sewage system,
- in the process of washing and disinfecting the production line, we use modern solutions
and equipment that allow us to reduce and optimize the use of cleaning and disinfecting agents, - we use the waste remaining in the production process as alternative fuel,
- we systematically replace or modernize the lighting used, reducing energy consumption and the resulting environmental burden,
- we maintain an extensive process of segregation and collection of all waste generated.

- recruitment is carried out on the basis of procedures adopted in the company,
- we have a principle of easy accessibility of management at all levels (including the owners of the company) for each employee, regardless of the place in the official hierarchy,
- we offer employees the opportunity to use sports and recreation packages (OK System card) allowing participation in activities throughout the province.

- we support picnics and camps for children on a gluten-free diet,
- we support picnics, holidays and local events organized for local communities (in local schools, kindergartens and local meeting places),
- we sponsor sports activities – especially for children and young people – including the fencing section of the Warta Poznań sports club and events organized by the Pobiedziska Tennis Club,
- we support events and conferences on the promotion of animal protection and the environment.
